All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposited funds will only be credited to an active and verified account. If fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or money laundering are suspected, dgb99 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.

New members at dgb99 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. If ৳6,000 is deposited, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳11,000.

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount — this applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

If multiple accounts, false information, or structured betting strategies (such as arbitrage betting) are used to gain bonus advantages, dgb99 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and related winnings and close the account.

dgb99 collects user registration information, transaction history, device information, and usage patterns. This information is used to provide services, ensure security, and improve service quality.

All transactions and personal information are protected through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Your financial information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure any remaining balance is withdrawn before closing your account (minimum withdrawal of ৳800 applies).

If prohibited activity, a breach of terms, or fraudulent behaviour is detected, dgb99 may close an account without prior notice. In such cases, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited, though an effort will be made to return any legitimately deposited funds.
